In one of her latest Instagram workout routines, the popular fitness instructor tied her long hair back from her face as she lay in the wet sand and worked her abs in a bright green bikini. In video clips of her, she demonstrates proper form as she does exercises like the holly body flutter kicks and the straight leg deadbug.

She uses a variety of machines and equipment to perform hamstring curls, leg presses, and squats.
